HIKARI YAKITORI BAR
Table Set Design, Signage & Art Direction
Inspired by the chaos of Tokyo and in the neighbourhoods of Kabukicho, Omoide Yokocho and Hajimeya, known for the Yakitori taverns, this project, the little brother of → Nozomi Sushi Bar, is totally in line with the interior design proposed by → Masquespacio. The menus were made from oxidised iron and leather. In turn, the layout of the content, in a vertical format, using photography in black and white and with a superposition of layers, winks at the Provoke photography movement founded by Daido Moriyama.
The set table was developed and designed with a precise minimalism and simplicity within a chaotic concept that transports you to the authentic Tokyo.
